2022-01-01T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Future Studies Research Journal: Trends and Strategies https://www.futurejournal.org/FSRJ/article/view/660 Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer Among the Innovation Ecosystem Actors 2022-04-28T18:46:49-03:00 Sandro de Freitas Nascimento s-fn@hotmail.com Manolita Correia Lima mclima@espm.br

After using some refinement criteria, 84 articles were analyzed.

Originality / Relevance: Even though the literature on intention has been investigated for many years, the particular dynamics of the Sharing Economy phenomenon offers new challenges and research opportunities that bring the need to better understand the relationship between the subjects. That said, this work presents an analysis of this relationship.

Main results: The results reveal that interest in the subjects is recent, which explains the fact that there is no prominent journal or author on the subjects. Despite this, one of the main topics researched was the factors that affect, influence, impact, explain or predict intention. Still, it is seen that most of the studies tend to use the same approaches, whether they are the research of carpool services and shared accommodation, the survey method and the use of TPB and TRA theories, which provides opportunities for research.

Theoretical contributions: The main contribution of this study is the understanding of how the themes “intention” and “sharing economy” have been studied over time, and some research gaps can be observed.
2022-08-25T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Natália Pavanelo Pivetta, Flavia Luciane Scherer, Soraya de Souza Soares https://www.futurejournal.org/FSRJ/article/view/616 PROSPECTING PHARMACEUTICAL RETAIL SCENARIOS IN FRANCA/SP IN THE PERIOD 2020-2024 2021-09-16T10:47:07-03:00 Cecy de Sousa Lucas cecy_lucas06@yahoo.com.br Alfredo José Machado Neto alfredo@facef.br
At the end of the 19th century, the development of the pharmaceutical sector in Europe began, considered one of the industrial sectors that is most sustained on the basis of research and development. The IQVA Institute 2019 Report places Brazil as the seventh largest pharmaceutical market in the world, in the year 2018. Therefore, this study aims to develop prospective scenarios for the pharmaceutical sector, in the city of Franca/SP, in the period five years (2020-2024), providing important information for the sector's strategic planning. An exploratory and descriptive research was carried out, in several texts that address the theme, to support the prospecting of scenarios. The following were used: the Delphi method for data collection; the Blaining and Reinig Prospecting Model; and the Cross Impact Matrix to detect the driving forces of the sector. As a result, three probabilities of future scenarios for the sector are presented: Optimistic; Pessimistic; and Realistic.

Thus, it aimed to explore a gap in this area of knowledge where few empirical studies have been developed with companies of this size in Brazil.
Method: a qualitative participatory research was carried out with six small companies in the trade and services sector, applying the Global Business Network (GBN) method of scenario planning. The results were measured by interviews with the participants, in addition to the researcher's perception during the stages of this planning.

Results: there was a concern with the country's economic situation in all scenarios built with the research subjects. All companies gained narratives about the future, with four of them showing superior decision making and the emergence of innovative ideas. However, only in one we observed a certain change in the mental model, the main purpose of this type of planning, according to authors on this topic. Issues such as cognitive barriers and concerns about present situations have compromised the work of exploring future possibilities.

Conclusions: scenario planning can bring greater rationality to decision making in small companies, as seen in half of the participating companies. This can potentially help them overcome the high mortality rate they face in their first years of activity, as well as to better deal with future uncertainties.
2022-02-28T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Mauro Henrique Pinheiro Rodrigues, Paulo César Rodrigues Borges
